The Interwoven Aboriginal Education Kit is a fantastic resource for educators of early education services. The purpose of the kit is to provide cultural understanding of weaving, including what was made, by whom, why, and what resources are utilised. This resource is designed to provide educators with the ability to implement the content in line with version 2 of the Early Years Learning Framework. Contains educators manual including links to the EYLF V.2 activity suggestions and templates; woven products; ochre samples; storage tote.
The resources were written by experienced Aboriginal educators, several master weavers and are endorsed by Hunter Regional AECG.
