Presented in conversation with Jamie and Cherie (1.5mtrs apart and maybe even on different screens), this course is for those seeking a creative outlet or educators wanting to get some PD hours under their belt.

The platform will be Zoom, we will email you the settings on the day. You will have the oppertunity to see what the presenters are demonstarting as well as hearing the candid conversations about the knowledges behind weaving, the ways of knowing, being and doing.

Catering for beginners, we will start with a wearable art work (braclet) moving onto a small woven item (bowl, jellyfish or turtle).

Price includes a starter pack being posted to you with ample materails, needle and a started basket.

Other sessions will be made availbale for those wanting to learn how to start from scratch, use nature fibers, pigments and recyclables. Keep an eye out on our website.

EDUCATORS PLEASE NOTE: Completing Interwoven (Aboriginal Weaving) training will contribute 3hours of NESA Registered PD addressing 1.1.2, 2.2.2 & 6.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
